« Hors la rue » (literally « off the street ») is an official non government organization (in France, “Law of 1901”). HLR is apolitical, non religious and does not depend on any public or private institution. HLR’s objective is to support unaccompanied foreign minors (UFM) who migrate to different parts of Europe and who might be in danger. HLR works particularly with young Romanians.

« Hors la rue » is a non profit, non government organization (“Law of 1901” in ). “Hors la rue” is apolitical, has no religious affiliation and works independently of any state and private institutions.

The purpose of “Hors la rue” is to support foreign under aged children (labeled as “foreign isolated minors”)  who are in without their parents and who often live on the street. Our organization works particularly with young Romanians. Our organization works in compliance with the Children’s Rights Agreement of the UN.

The objective of “Hors la Rue ” is to support these foreign isolated minors who live on the street. “Hors la Rue ” works on spotting these children and woks on getting them to

“Hors la rue” works mainly with young Romanians, falling back on the experience acquired while working several years in partnership with a street children organization in Bucarest. However, “Hors la Rue ” receives more and more minors of other nationalities, especially arab speaking ones. Our team uses artistic, cultural and athletic approaches in order to help children and teenagers who are often completely cut off from their families and from society. Our headquarters and Day Center are located in Paris .
